Child crushed to death under park gate

New Delhi, May 8 (UNI) A child was today crushed to death when an iron gate of a park fell on her at Mongolpuri area of North Delhi.

A vigilance inquiry has been ordered into the incident by Muncipal Commissioner A K Nigam.

Delhi Mayor Arti Mehra announced an ex-gratia of Rs 50,000 for the bereaved family, an MCD release said.
