Boy injured in explosion

Akola, May 28 (UNI) A 12 year-old boy was injured in an explosion at shivan village in Khandala telhara taluga of Akola district.

The boy, identified as Nasirkhan, injured both his hands while opening a plastic bag, with explosive material, on a field where he was grazing goats last saturday.

According to the villagers, such explosives were used to protect crops from wild pigs and to poach forest animals.
