Triton plans more acquistions in US, UK

New Delhi, May 27 (UNI) Triton Corp Ltd plans to finalise acquisition of a UK-based legal process outsourcing process (LPO) and a US-based IT company very soon, after buying out two UK-based companies.

The ITeS and BPO outfit acquired West Talk Corporate Ltd and New Beginning Finance Ltd for a combined consideration of 1.3 million pounds later this week.

''We are also actively looking at domestic BPO buyout to enhance seat capacity utilisation,'' Triton Managing Director K C Gupta said.

Triton will hold 100 per cent equity in West Talk Corporate Ltd while an 80 per cent share will vest with it in the other company.

West Talk provides wireless communication services to network service providers like Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile in the UK.

New Beginning Finance Ltd provides broker services of mortgage finance and secured loans for housing and other assets in the British market.
