Real estate market still has potential: Parsvnath

New Delhi, May 27 (UNI) Despite the dip in the real estate sector, the market still offers tremendous opportunities for growth, according to industry barons.

Speaking at the REE Expo 2007, Parsvnath Marketing Manager (International) Kapil Sabharwal said the company was targeting pan-India for its new projects.

''We plan to go across the country especially with the hospitality sector. These would include three star and five star hotels,'' he added.

According to Wegmans Industries Director (Marketing) Shagun Gupta, it was very important to develop the infrastructure along with the projects. ''The project proves to be a success when its well-connected,'' he said.

The exhibition provided a platform to real estate developers to present and promote their projects to the people. It included names lie Parsvnath, Ansal API, Supertech, Crystal Park, Wegmans Business Park etc.
