Police raids shelters of Dadua

Fatehpur, May 27 (UNI) Police here today raided the hideout of notorious inter-state dacoit Shiv kumar alias Dadua, who carries a reward of Rs 5 lakhs on his head.

Talking to UNI, Police Superintendent Vijay Bhatia said, a joint team of the Chitrakoot, Kaushambi and Fatehpur district, on being tipped-off, conducted a raid in the suspected hideout of the dreaded dacoit in Narsinghpur, Kabraha and Ghataipur villages.

The infamous dacoit, however, could not be nabbed.

Even five years back, Dadua had hoodwinked the police during raids conducted in those areas.
