One dies in express highway road accident

Vadodara, May 27 (UNI) One person was killed and two others sustained injuries when their car overturned near Sakanda village in Ahmedabad-Vadodara Express Highway in the wee hours today.

Police said that the victims were travelling to Surat from Sirohi village in Rajasthan when the driver of the car lost control of the vehicle at 0500 hrs and overturned.

All the injured were rushed to Vadodara for treatment where Naresh Prithvirajsinh Jain (50), who is a heart patient succumbed while his wife and brother-in-law who received minor injuries are undergoing treatment.
