Criminal arrested in Kolkata

Kolkata, May 27 (UNI) A criminal was nabbed by the police here today, and sent to police custody till May 30, official sources informed.

Police said, Shabbir Alam alias 'Ullu' was most wanted in connection with two murders and several kidnappings.

The criminal had managed to evade the police for the last seven years.

He was arrested and immediately produced in the Sealdah court today, where the judge ordered him to be sent in police remand.
