3-year old bitten by monkey in Punjab

Phagwara, May 27 (UNI) The monkey menace continued in this sub divisional town, with a 3-year old being bitten by the animal this morning.

A police report here said that the child, Sanjiv Kumar was bitten by a monkey while playing with his friends at his house near the Damodar Dass temple on Cinema road here.

The child was rushed to a private hospital for medical aid. In the last one month there have been a number of monkey bite cases in the town.
