2 killed as bike hits lorry

Kancheepuram, May 27 (UNI) Two youths were killed when the motorcyle in which they were travelling hit a stationary lorry near Melmaravathur here today.

Police said Saravanan (25) and Varadarajan (24) were proceeding to Amudur near Vandavasi from Chennai when the mishap occurred on the GST Road at Tirunavalur.

The bodies were sent to the government hospital at Madurantakam for post-mortem.
