SEBI imposes suspension on DSE member

Mumbai, May 24 (UNI) The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has imposed a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s Agroy Finance&Investment Ltd, a member of the Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE), in respect to their dealings in Shonkh Technologies International Ltd.

The SEBI Whole Time Member G Anantharaman had issued its order today, and it will come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from today.
