Minor earthquake of 3.5 in Sikkim

New Delhi, May 24: A slight-intensity earthquake, measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale, rattled Sikkim last night.

The trembler occurred at 2311 hrs and was epicentred at 27.6 degrees North latitude and 88.0 degrees East longitude, the Indian Meteorological Department said.

There were no reports of injuries or damage.
