Four nuns killed in road accident

Pathalgaon, Chhattisgarh, May 24 (UNI) Four nuns were killed when a jeep collided head-on with a truck near Nonaijore village in Raigarh district, about 10 Km from here, today.

Police said the accident took place on Pathalgaon-Raigarh road.

Two nuns Mariam Tirky (64) and Mary Kujur(55) died on the spot while Mangita Minj (55) and Maria Grace(35) died on way to hospital here.

Jeep driver Louis Lakada, who sustained serious injuries, has been admitted to a hospital at Kunkuri.

The victims were associted with Ginabahar and Kunkuri church.
