CITL is looking for acquisition opportunities

Mumbai, May 24 (UNI) Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd (CITL) today said the Company is on the lookout to acquire Companies in ASP and EMS area.

The Company has recently expanded its own SMT facility at Peenya and is now into EMS activity.

The Company is planning an ambitious expansion of its EMS operations and is looking out for acquisition of Medium to Big sized Companies in the process of being one of India's leading EMS solutions provider and is planning to take on MNCs like Flextronics, Solectron and others aggressively, the company has disclosed to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.
