Wall collapse leaves more than 20 dead in TN

Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, May 23 (UNI) A wall collapse at a bar left more than 20 people dead at Anarpalayam near here tonight.

Police said the victims were enjoying their drink at a TASMAC bar when the wall collapsed.

They said heavy rainfall could have resulted in the wall collapse leading to the mishap.

The bodies had been sent to the government hospital here. Further details were awaited.
