Trade worth Rs 3,234 crore transacted on NCDEX

Mumbai, May 23 (UNI) As many as 3,048 users of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trades worth Rs 3,234 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs.

There were more than 110,500 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in pepper, jeera, guarseeds, chana and soya oil and gold, an NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, 574 members had participated in trading and put through more than 100,781 trades. The trade volume for the whole day till 2330 hrs was Rs 3,268 crore (one way).
