Seagate launches FreeAgent Data Movers

New Delhi, May 23 (UNI) One of the largest global suppliers of hard disk drives, Seagate today launched a product to keep its customers connected to their content anywhere and anytime.

''With FreeAgent Data Movers, we are moving beyond traditional storage. Our study reveals that there is huge market potential for a device which can help the people to manage, access and protect their digital content wherever they go,'' Seagate Country Manager (India) and SAARC countries Rajesh Khurana told reporters.

The products are available in three models-'FreeAgent Pro', 'FreeAgent Go' and 'FreeAgent Desktop'.

The 'FreeAgent Pro' will be available in 320GB-750GB at a cost of Rs 9,200-18,400.

While the 'FreeAgent Go' is priced at Rs 5,980-9,200 for 80GB-160GB.

The 'FreeAgent Desktop' costs Rs 7,500-13,000 and is available in 250GB-500GB.

These products are suitable for a broad array of computer users from creative professionals, corporate and small business professionals to prosumers and students, Mr Khurana said.

These products have five-year limited warranty and can be purchased through the company's distributor, Fortune Marketing Pvt Ltd, and major IT retailers across the country.
