NIIT Tech Q4 net up 139 pc at Rs 45.9 cr

New Delhi, May 23 (UNI) Software services provider NIIT Technologies today said its net profit jumped 139 per cent at Rs 45.9 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 19.2 crore in the same period last year.

The consolidated sales of the company rose by 47 per cent at Rs 243.5 crore in the same quarter as compared to Rs 166.2 crore in March 31, 2006.

The company's operating profit went up by 61 per cent at Rs 53.4 crore during the quarter as against Rs 33.2 crore in the same period last year.
