Hemp, cosmetics seized during raid in jail

Indore, May 23 (UNI) Indore central jail inmates have been found to be fond of not only hemp but also cosmetics like shampoo, perfume and cream.

The items were seized during a raid in the jail carried out by a team of administrative and police officials.

Sub-Divisional Officer Vivek Shotriya said 100 gm hemp was seized from a prisoner.

Besides, shampoo, perfume, oil, cream, lighter, etc were also seized along with popular brand shirts, whose tags were also not removed.

The team would submit its report to the Collector. Further action would be decided later.
