The writ by a group of doctors follows the managment's move suspending well known cardiologist Naresh Trehan as the Executive Director.
Admitting the application, Justice Gita Mittal put the hearing for tomorrow.
the plea gave a new turn to the fight between renowned cardiologist and Fortis Healthcare, which now manages Escorts.
