Army jawan cremated with military honours

Neemuch, MP, May 23 (UNI) The last rites of an army jawan, who died while in duty in Jammu and Kashmir, was today performed with full military honours at his native village Levada in Madhya Pradesh's Neemuch district.

Mangal, 22, was posted in Alpha Tango Battalion of the Army and was deployed in sensitive Rample Gadhi area in Kashmir. On May 18, Mangal and two other jawans died when the wall in the camp collapsed.

His body reached his native village today. The last rites was performed with full military honours.

Army officials and administrative officials were present.
