Workers union leader killed

Bilaspur, May 22 (UNI) Prominent trade union leader Kishlal Kashyap was killed on the spot while his colleague suffered serious injuries when their motorcycle dashed against a stationary truck at Masturi near here, police said today.

Police said Mr Kashyap(40), who was associated with 'Maldhakka Mazdoor Union', was returning here from Masturi along with Mr Kartik Ram when the accident took place near a Dhaba on Champa-Bilaspur road late night on May 20, police added.
