Trade worth Rs 3,005 crore transacted on NCDEX

Mumbai, May 22 (UNI) As many as 3,103 users of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trades worth Rs 3,005 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs.

There were more than 97,534 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in pepper, jeera, guarseeds, chana and soya oil, an NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, 576 members had participated in trading and put through more than 93,170 trades. The trade volume for the whole day, till 2330 hrs, was Rs 3,013 crore (one way).

Active trades were high in guarseeds, pepper, jeera, pepper gold, soya oil and chana among others, the release added.
