Auditor caught while accepting bribe to clear pension arrears

New Delhi, May 22 (UNI) Central Bureau of Investigation sleuths today arrested an Auditor of the Defence Pension and Disbursing Office for allegedly accepting bribe to release pension arrears.

The Auditor, posted at Red Fort complex in Delhi, was caught while accepting Rs 25,000 for clearing persion arrears of Rs 2.54 lakh of the 73-year-old widow of a 1963 war hero.
