Travel agent held

Jalandhar, May 21 (UNI) A travel agent, who had duped more than 100 persons of crores of rupees, was today arrested by the police from here.

Police said that travel agent identified as Narottam Saini, had duped nearly 103 persons of crores of rupees on the pretext of sending them abroad.

Twelve passports, two computers, printer and a fax machine were recovered from his possession, police said.

Atleast five cases of fraud were registered at two different police stations in the city for the last one year. His other accomplices including his wife are still absconding, police said.
