Trade worth Rs 2,846 crore transacted on NCDEX

Mumbai, May 21 (UNI) As many as 3,052 users of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trades worth Rs 2,846 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs.

There were more than 90,682 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in pepper, jeera, guarseeds, chana, soya oil. an NCDEX release said.

On May 19, 511 memebers had participated in trading and put through more than 44,597 trades. The trade volume for the whole day, till 1400 hrs, was Rs 1,321 crore (one way).

Active trades were high in guarseeds, pepper, jeera, gold, soya oil and chana among others, the release added.
