Special court directs doctors to file reply on Narco test
Mumbai, May 21 (UNI) The Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime act (MCOCA) court today directed doctors at the Bangalore Scientific Laboratory to file reply by May 25 in connection to the ear injuries, sustained by an accused Naeem Sheikh during Narco test conducted recently.
The MCOCA Judge Mridula Bhatkar today issued notice to the doctors at Bangalore Scientific Laboratory, who had conducted Narco test on Sheikh. The Judge has asked the doctors what type of instrument was used while doing the test.
Advocate Wahab Khan, representing the accused, said during the Narco test, his client Sheikh had received ear injuries and there was bloodclot on both the ears.
Sheikh was arrested in Aurangabad explosives seizure case by the Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Mumbai police. With the permission of MCOCA court, he was taken to Bangalore for the Narco test.
