Parsvnath Developers Q4 net up by 253.52pc

New Delhi, May 21 (UNI) Parsvnath Developers Ltd today registered a 253.52 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 132.43 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 37.46 crore for the corresponding period last year.

The company's total income increased by 69.70 per cent at Rs 412.23 crore for the said quarter against Rs 242.91 crore for the same period last fiscal.

The year-ended profit of the company stood at Rs 271.77 crore, up by 155.8 per cent from Rs 106.24 crore for the year ended March 2006.

The company's total income increased to Rs 1,260.98 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007 from Rs 653.76 crore for the same period a year ago.

The Board of Directors of the company also March 2007, recommended a dividend of 25 per cent for this year ending.
