Life imprisonment to one in Dumka

Dumka, May 21 (UNI) A local court today sentenced one man to life imprisonment while acquitting three others in absence of proof in a year old murder case in this district.

According to prosecution one Veerdhan Soren was killed by Sunil Tuddu along with three persons in March 2006.

A case was registered against all the four in the Muffasil police station area in the district.

The court of Additional District and Session judge (five) Alok Kumar Dubey today awarded life term imprisonment to Sunil and acquitted the other three.
