Heroine seized, one held

Ghazipur, May 21 (UNI) Police today arrested a smuggler and seized heroin worth lakhs from his possession in Nawabganj area of the district.

Lalji Seth was nabbed in Kotwali area when he was about to sell 470 gms heroin, estimated at Rs 50 lakh to a person, police said.

The accused was recently released from Kanpur jail after serving life term imprisonment.

A case has been registered.
