Body recovered from Narmada canal

Vadodara, May 21 (UNI) Fire brigade personnel have recovered body of a man today who drowned in Narmada canal at Sama area here.

The body was located in Ghorwa area downstream.

Nainusinh Udawat (40) and his son Triloksinh (16) were washing vegetables in the canal yesterday evening when Nainusinh slipped and fell. His son shouted for help but by the time fire brigade was called he was carried downstream and could not be located. His body was recovered today after an intensive search.
