Blast and firing - No one would be spared : CM

Hyderabad, May 21 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today asserted that those found responsible for the Mecca Mosque blast and the subsequent police firing would not be spared, however big they might be.

Speaking on the occasion of flagging off the ''Rajiv Sadbhavana Yatra,'' organised by the state Youth Congress on the occasion of the 16th death anniversary of the former Prime Minister, Dr Reddy said his government would certainly identify the person or persons responsible for the blast.

If there were any lapses, big or small, with regard to the subsequent police firing, those responsible would be punished.
