2 killed as truck overturns

Mirzapur, May 21 (UNI) Two persons were killed and another sustained severe injuries after a speeding truck rammed into a roadside tree and overturned here today.

The ill-fated vehicle, returning from Sonebhadra district, met with the accident near Kotwan village, killing two passengers on the spot.

The injured was admitted to district hospital, where his condition was stated to be critical, police said.

The deceased were identified as Rambali and Chawilal.
