Wife burnt to death

Shajapur, MP, May 20: A woman was allegedly burnt to death by her husband and mother-in-law at Dupada village in this district, police said today.

Mamta (25) had an argument with her husband over preparing food last week. Her husband Ashok Rathor and mother-in-law Jaldharabai doused kerosene over her and set her afire. She later succumbed to her burns in hospital.

A case of murder was registered against Ashok and his mother yesterday.
