Gurgaon triple murder case accused arrested in Bihar

Sheohar, May 20 (UNI) The Bihar police today arrested the accused in the May 18 Gurgaon triple murder case, Lalan Das, from Chamanpur village in Sheohar district.

District Police Superintendent Ajay Kumar Mishra said acting on a tip off from Haryana police, a team of district police raided accused Das's residence in Chamanpur and arrested him.

Police also recovered a SIM card, Rs 1,700 in cash and some other belongings from the accused, he added.

Later Das was handed over to a team of Haryana police which had come here in connection with the investigation of the case.

According to the Haryana police Das, a domestic help, had killed Vinod Chahal, his wife Saroj Chahal and their seven-year-old son Rahul in Sector-3 area at Gurgaon on May 18.
