Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir bereaved

Srinagar, May 20 (UNI) Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Basharat Ahmed Dhar, was bereaved today when his father died of old age here.

Haji Ghulam Ahmed Dhar passed away at his residence at Peerbagh here this morning. He was 95.

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad visited the residence of Mr Dhar to condole the demise of his father.

His death has been widely condoled by prominent citizens, political leaders, bureaucrats and government employees.

Dhar's fourth day prayer function would be observed at Humhama graveyard on May 23.
