Burgler gang busted in Kheri, weapons seized

Lakhimpur Kheri, May 20 (UNI) Police today claimed to have arrested five burglers along with the seizure of large number of weapons in the district.

While five robbers were arrested, three of their aides managed to escape, Superintendent of Police Naveen Arora said here.

On interrogation, the accused confessed their involvement in loots in Sampoorna Nagar and Meera area.

A large amount of pistols, cartridges and robbed items were recovered from the spot.
