ATS arrests two persons with detonators, gelatine sticks

Mumbai, May 20 (UNI) The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of the Mumbai police has arrested two persons with four boxes of 370 detonators from the Vikhroli area of suburban Mumbai.

Police sources said two daily wage labourers Laxman Kamble (55) and Subhash Gaikwad (36), were arrested last afternoon near the BEST bus route number 373 at Mulund-Goregaon link road junction on the Eastern Express Highway.

Apart from the four boxes of 370 detonators, they were also in possession of five gelatine sticks and 68 live detonators with white batteries, police said.
