PMs Principal Secretary gets extension

New Delhi, May 19 (UNI) Mr T K A Nair, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, was today given an extension.

Mr Nair, whose three-year term was to expire soon, was appointed Principal Secretary when Prime Minister Manmohan Singh took charge in May 2004.

Official sources did not mention the period of extension given to Mr Nair, a senior IAS officer of the Punjab cadre.
