MP: Labourer killed in explosion

Bhopal, May 19: A labourer was killed and five others including three women, were injured in an explosion at a stone crusher unit at Gunga of the outskirts of the state capital yesterday, police said, today.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Arvind Saxena said the deceased had been identified as Hariram. The injured was given a first aid.

The incident occurred during an explosion carried out for stone quarrying and the contractor had a licence for the use of explosives, Mr Saxena said.
