Jamnagar Chamber to celebrate platinum year on May 22

Jamnagar, May 19 (UNI) Gujarat Governor Naval Kishore Sharma will honour the former presidents and secretaries of Jamnagar Chamber of Commerce and Industries (JCCI) in a function to be held here on May 22 as part of Platinum Year's celebration programme.

Chamber president Jeetendra H Lal told reporters here today that JCCI will hold many programmes during this year to celebrate its platimum jubilee year.

As part of the platinum year, Chamber will also arrange trade fair, seminars of industries, bio-cellar seminars, monthly bulletins, yearly events souveniors, publishing of member directory, built a new building for chambers.

Mr Lal said the chamber, established on May 22, 1933, was earlier known as Nawanagar Chamber of Commerce and Industries and later the name changed to Jamnagar.
