Israeli air force attacks Gaza City: Witness

Gaza, May 19: An Israeli military aircraft fired a missile at an unknown target in northern Gaza City today, wounding at least two Palestinians, witnesses and medical officials said.

The target of the air strike was not immediately clear. An Israeli military spokeswoman had no immediate comment.

Israel's air force has struck in Gaza at least three times on Friday, targeting Hamas facilities following cross-border rocket salvoes by the Palestinian militant group.
