Indian to introduce flight to Tiruchirapalli

Chennai, May 19: The Indian will introduce a new flight between Chennai and Tiruchirapalli from May 27.

According to an Indian press release here, an Airbus A320 flight IC 521 will operate from here to Tiruchirapalli on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. The flight will leave Chennai at 0925 hrs and arrive in Tiruchirapalli at 1015 hrs. In its return direction, the flight will leave Tiruchirapalli at 1100 hrs and arrive in Chennai at 1150 hrs.

A promotional one-way fare of Rs 1,625 (inclusive of all taxes and levies) is also available for travel on this sector. Consequent to the introduction of this new flight, there will be 11 flights between Chennai and Tiruchirapalli per week, the release added.
