Mah: House looted in Akola

Akola, May 19: Miscreants looted booty worth Rs 92,000 from a house in Vitthal Nagar at the outskirts of the city here.

The unidentified robbers broke into the house of Sunil Gawai yesterday and decamped with booty including gold ornaments, silver utensils and a mobile phone after threatening family members at knife-point, said Special IGP V D Mishra here today.

Further investigations are on, he added.
