Heat wave conditions prevails in AP
Hyderabad, May 19 (UNI)Heat wave conditions prevailed in parts of South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Khammam district of Telangana.
Weather has been mainly dry over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema and dry over Telangana, according to weather office here today.
The maximum temperatures fell at a few places over coastal Andhra Pradesh and changed little over Telangana and Rayalaseema. The maximum temperatures were significantly above normal at a few places over North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, at one or two places over Telangana and above normal at a few places over Rayalaseema yestereay.
The highest maximum temperature (47 degrees Celsius) was recorded at Khammam.
