Gulbarga records 41.1 degree celsius in the State
Bangalore, May 19 (UNI) Following is the summary of observations recorded in weather office here at 0830 hrs today.
Gulbarga recorded highest maximum temperature of 41.1 degree Celsius over the State.
Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka&North Interior Karnataka.
Chief amounts of rainfall (cm): Panchanahalli, Challakere 2 each.
Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were above normal at most places being appreciably so at a few places over Coastal Karnataka&South Interior Karnataka. They remained normal over North Interior Karnataka.
Forecast valid until Monday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over the State.
Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka&South Interior Karnataka and over Belgaum, Dharwad, Koppal districts of North Interior Karnataka.
