Elaborate arrangements made for UPSC exam

Puducherry, May 19 (UNI) The Puducherry administration has made elaborate arrangements for the smooth conduct of all India Civil Service (preliminary) examination here tomorrow.

According to an offical release here today, about 1800 candidates would write the examiniation at four centers here.

The UPSC has deputed K G Nair, Under Secretary (UPSC) as an observer to Puducherry to oversee the arrangements for the examination.

The government had arranged special buses for the candidates to go to the examination centers.

Elaborate security arrangements were being made in all the centers and only the bonafide candidates would be allowed to enter the examination centers, the release added.
