Congress following corrupt practices, says Dhumal

Shimla, May 19 (UNI) Former Himachal Pradesh chief minister P K Dhumal today accused Santoshgarh MLA Mukesh Agnihotri of following practices by coercing contractors to pay up for food and liquor bills at the parties organised by the Santoshgarh legislator.

Referring to the reported spate of dinner parties being thrown by Mr Agnihotri for his party workers, he alleged that this was a corrupt practice by the public representative.

Mr Dhumal said since the Congress was not able to muster gatherings in day, hence it was resorting to serving liquor and lavish food to mobilise public gatherings at night.
