Sun Pharmaceutical's net profit up by 34.32 pc

New Delhi, May 18: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd today posted a 34.32 per cent hike in its net profit at Rs 155.67 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2007, as compared to Rs 115.89 crore for the same period.

Its total income rose by 39.42 per cent at Rs 454.53 crore in FYQ407, against Rs 633.74 crore over the same period last fiscal.

The company posted a net profit of 36.34 at Rs 628.93 crore for the year ended March 2007, as compared to Rs 461.29 crore last fiscal.

While, the total income soared by 33.17 per cent at Rs 1,805.12 crore for the year ended March 2006 to Rs 2,404.05 crore last fiscal.
