France's Sarkozy says urgent to end EU paralysis
BERLIN, May 16 (Reuters) French President Nicolas Sarkozy said today there was an urgent need to end the European Union's current institutional crisis.
''The first emergency is to get the European Union out of its current paralysis,'' he told a news conference in Berlin, adding that France and EU president Germany should work together to that end.
