Youth rapes five-year-old cousin

Palanpur, May 15 (UNI) The police have arrested a youth from Kodrali village of Vadagam taluka for allegedly raping his five-year-old cousin sister.

Karat Iswarlal Thakore was arrested on the basis of the complaint filed by the victim's mother, who said the accused raped her daughter yesterday by luring her to a tent meant for a public meeting, police today said.

People who later found the victim crying and bleeding profusely admitted her to a hospital.

The accused fled from the spot after committing the crime but was arrested later in the evening, police said adding that he was used to watching porn films.
